New Video: The Lords Prayer

My second video, The Lord's Prayer from Matthew Chapter 6 Vs. 9-15 was uploaded to TikTok last night.

I am happy to say that it has actually gotten some views. As of the time of this writing, it's at 368, with 4 new followers and 60 likes. That's a pretty good start IMHO, but the number of views and likes isn't what's important.  

What is important? It's time I get to spend with the Lord. It's the time I get to spend with the Word of God. It's, hopefully, fulfilling my duty to evangelize, by bringing the word to life and sharing it with others. 

There is simply so much filth and perversion in the digital world, not just on TikTok, but on the internet in general. Just scroll for an hour and you'll see all kinds of crap. Trust me, I know.  It's a guilty pleasure.  So, I just want to add a little bit of goodness.  Just a little bit of hope.  Just a little bit of love. 

At the moment, I feel so inspired to keep going with this. I also feel like I'm teetering on the edge where my tempter is feeding me dreams of fame and fortune. That's what I need to avoid. Trust me. I'm nothing special. I'm just a guy with no life sitting at his computer.

Hello World My name is Patrick, and I am a digital creator who has decided to go on a new journey.   I have had this idea for a while, about starting a TikTok of short animations taken word for word from the Bible. I figure it would be good to add something positive and hopeful to the mix.   The thought is to share the word of God in a new and fun way. I'll do it in little byte size pieces, sometimes just a verse, other times a short story from the Gospels. We'll see what comes.  There are a lot of ideas swirling around in my head. We'll see what the Holy Spirit inspires me to do. To be honest, modern technology gives me the ability to make these videos fairly quickly.
