The Temptation of Jesus

The video I made yesterday was The Temptation of Jesus from Matthew Chapter 4 v 1-11. Jesus was led into the desert to be tempted by the devil.

That story involves three characters. Jesus, the Devil and a Narrator. There are two angels at the end as well.  I have to do it that way as I am going word for word from the Bible. I'm not changing anything, so the Narrator will be just as much a part of the video as anything else.

I am learning as I go.  

Yesterday, I learned that there is a benefit to an order of operations. Especially when making more complex videos with more characters and scenes. I still have to work out the kinks, but the one thing at a time approach was much more, how do you say, smooth and efficient. 

I figured that out about halfway through. I was making one clip at a time. I would get the voice file created, then create the clip around it then add it to the video editor, then do the next one.  I found myself bouncing through all the different apps that I use. It was much more time consuming to do it that way.

Moving forward, I'm going to do one thing at a time.

Script it out.

Voices and sound files.

Gather images to be used.

Create clips. 

Then put it together.

Of course, that's just a rough overview.  I will work on it as I go.
